How to use

Open one sachet. Pour the entire contents into a glass and add 250 ml of water. Mix thoroughly and consume.

Additional information

Not for use in children, pregnant or lactating women. Daily intake of creatine may enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over 55 years of age. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine in combination with resistance training that allows for gradual increase of load and which should be performed at least three times a week for several weeks, where the training intensity must be at least 65-75 % of the maximum single load. The product is intended for adults over 55 years of age who perform regular resistance training. The maximum single load means the maximum weight that a person can lift, or the maximum force that they can exert, in one repetition.

Please remember that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important and recommended. Do not use in case of allergies to any of the supplement's ingredients. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
