What is an essential oil?

Essential oils are obtained in various ways, it all depends on their further use. As a rule They are obtained from dried or fresh plants by steam distillation or hydrodistillation. In the case of citrus fruits, oils are obtained by squeezing; for industrial purposes, extraction is carried out using organic solvents, while in perfumery, the old method of odorizing fats is used.

• in the bath as an additive (10-15 drops per bathtub),
• in aromatherapy fireplaces,
• in air humidifiers,
• as a laundry additive,
• as a sauna odorizer,
• in vacuum cleaners.
