Suggested use: Pour a glass (250 ml) of hot water over one teaspoon of ground milk thistle seeds (approx. 3 g) and slowly heat to boiling. Cook on low heat for approx. 5-10 minutes, set aside for 15 minutes, strain. Drink in three portions a day. It can also be used as an addition to salads, shakes or even sandwiches.
